遇到：urlopen error unknown url type: https错误怎么办,网上别人叫你重新编译python，重装什么的，duck不必这么麻烦。这个错误是由于python找不到ssl的库。我尝试冲i想你捡了一个环境，包括升级python到最新conda update python也还是老样子。

I ran into the similar problem.
I used anaconda, and I simply moved these two file to anaconda3\DLLs and it worked.
libcrypto-1_1-x64.dll
libssl-1_1-x64.dll
我试了一下还是不行，后来我就把那几个dll放到我环境限免dll，根目录，bin下面，然后把C:\Users\zheng\AppData\Roaming\Python\Python36\site-packages下面的pkgs\openssl-1.1.1g-he774522_0也考到我环境下面。然后就可以用了，不知道是哪个起的作用。反正就是可以了。
